Two hours at your home. We walk through the space together, go over any plans or drawings you have, and decide what to tackle first.
$400 + HST, paid when you book. In-home visits across Toronto and the GTA.

Anything from where the sofa should go to how to plan a full renovation.
Some people want a second opinion on a room that isn’t working. Some are buying furniture for a new outdoor space. Others are about to take on the whole house and want to start in the right order.

A frank conversation about budget and what it will cover
A written summary of what we covered and your next steps, whether you go ahead with me or on your own
How it works
Choose a date and time below, and pay to confirm your visit.
I’ll email you a short questionnaire so I arrive knowing your home and what you want from it.
Gather any floor plans, drawings, or quotes you already have. We’ll go through them together.
We meet at your home for two hours.
Within five business days, you’ll get your written summary. If you’d like me to lead the project, I’ll follow up with a fee proposal.
